Scott Buckingham

Biography
Scott Buckingham was sworn in on September 1, 2012, to begin serving his first full term as Assessor of Property.

Buckingham is a graduate of Daniel Boone High School in Gray, and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from East Tennessee State University.

Buckingham had served two terms as County Commissioner for District 7 until being appointed Assessor. More importantly, he brings a vast knowledge of the housing market as he was owner of Buckingham Construction Company.
