[ARCHIVED] Health Department Moves Entrance to COVID-19 Vaccination, Testing Services

Beginning Tuesday, September 7, 2021, all traffic for all services at the Washington County Health Department will enter from the front entrance at 219 Princeton Road in Johnson City.  This includes those arriving for drive-thru COVID testing.

Drive-through COVID testing will be Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Self-test kits will be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. For individuals wishing to pick up a self-test kit, please pull up to the front of the building and dial 423-975-2200.   Individuals using self-test kits must be 18 years or older and have a smart phone and email address.  

COVID vaccine will be available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. inside the facility.
