Occupation: I am a Physical Education teacher at Jonesborough Middle School.

Personal:  I am married to Ashley and we have three children, ages 5-13. We are members of Abounding Grace Baptist Church in Jonesborough where I serve as the Middle School Youth Pastor. I coach softball at Jonesborough Middle School and Middle School football at Crockett. I am a 2003 graduate of David Crockett High School. I have a B.S. and an M.A. from Tusculum University and an EdS degree from Union College. I am working on a master’s degree from Liberty University.  I enjoy hunting and fishing.

Guiding Principles:  I would like to serve the community to the best of my ability. I am following in the path of my father and grandfather as a third-generation county commissioner. I have lived here my entire life. Countless people in this county have helped shape me and this is my opportunity to give back.
